During his career, Mr. France has held roles and responsibilities ranging from a connector to providing superintendence over the installation of Glass Rail on the Highmark Executive Floor. Mr. France dedicated himself to his craft and worked his way through the ranks at Over & Under, ultimately earning the title of President.

Our Vice President, Mr. Tom Sherred Jr.:

• 2013 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Business Administration
  
• Ironworker in Local 3 for over 4 years in both field work and project management/estimating roles
  
• Brings the unique combination of business and technical acumen to provide our customers with cost and time effective schedules and proposals.
